At First Health Apparel, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your performance gear. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Items

Place the unwashed and unworn apparel with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure mailer of your choice.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
